Father, God, Holy, God, Thou are the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Holy One of Israel, Wonderful and Glorious Creator, we magnify Your Hallowed, Heavenly Name.
Father we bow before You, with Love on our hearts, Love that moved You from Your throne in Heaven to the death on the Cross so that our sins would be paid for. Father we thank You, we praise You, we plead forgiveness and the cleansing of the blood, knowing full well that your LOVE and Grace are sufficient to wash us clean, pure and make us whole.
Father, Your Love grants us peace, peace that makes us perfect in Your sight, peace that means our needs are met, that we are completed, perfected, whole and mature in You, that we lack no good thing. How great a LOVE is that!
Father, this Love that moved you from GLORY, to put on Flesh, which we realize for You, Father, was like moving from a royal palatial mansion into the worse ghetto slum, yet Father You did that for even us. That was LOVE, and Your love, requires love, multiplies love.
Father, You command we love our neighbors as ourselves, that we place our love out there in the world, with all our vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and let it be a comfort and refuge for others. Love that calls us to service, to minister, to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, Oh, Father, how great a salvation was purchased by your LOVE.
Father, You require from us, Love that is kind, considerate, compassionate, love that doesn’t dwell in the past, but moves on, love that forgives knowing that hurting people, hurt people. Love that prays for the well being of those that have hurt us. Love for even our enemies. Love that is courageous enough to show itself openly to others. Please Lord continue to instruct us in the art of LOVE, we commit to the discipline of Love, until we come into the fullness of Christ Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, and our soon and coming KING.
Father, we humbly submit our prayers before Your throne of mercy, grace and authority, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, and by the power of His blood, amen.
