A Prayer of the Day

Father God, Holy, Mighty and Glorious God, Thou art the Great One of Israel, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, The I AM, The Ancient of Days, from everlasting to everlasting Thou are God, our God, there is no other.

You are not to be mistaken for any other god, You are the Righteous One whom raised Jesus Christ from the dead.  Hallelujah!  You are the One whom brought Israel out of Egypt, and reached down into our darkest night and delivered our sin sick souls from despair and death. Thank You, Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah.

We bow before You,  submitting our sins unto You for forgiveness.  Thanking You and praising You for being ever faithfull in the dispensation of Grace over us, in the washing of the blood.  The blood, the blood, the blood, the thought, the mention, moves us to tears, to praise, to worship.  Hallelujah!

Father, we pray a special blessing upon the gatherings, the assemblies, the fellowship of the saints.  May the Kingdom of God be preached, may the full counsel of God be taught, may the lost be saved, the saints be edified and our God glorified.

May You this day take Your rightful place as the head of the body, may Your order be established in decency. May room be made for the gifts of the Holy Spirit, may the reign of Christ be restored in His Body, may we perfect and attain unto the fullness of Jesus Christ.

Father help us to dispel the world from the congregation, its manners and ways, and turn again to our first ministries, our families, our lives, perfecting that which we may have overlooked. Help us to not esteem ourselves or anyone else, too highly, but rather have love, respect and reverence for one another.

Father help us to get love right, that in and of itself would be such a great blessing for us. Father please honor our prayers, as we present them before Your throne of authority, in the name of Jesus, and by the power of His blood, amen.
