A Prayer of the Day

Father God, Holy God, God of Mercy, God of Grace, how Wonderful, how Marvelous, how Glorious and Great are Thou!

Father, we come with no excuses, no explanations or justifications for our sins, our transgressions, our shortcomings, and missing of Your mark. We bow asking for forgiveness, with complete abandonment we place ourselves in Your mercy, thankful for Your faithful forgiveness, the attendant cleansing of the blood of Jesus, the blessedness of Your everlasting and amazing Grace, we thank You, we praise You, we worship Your Holy Name! Father we are filled with joy and jubilation at the reception of such great mercy, such great love, bought at such great price.

Father, we rise in the power of the blood of Jesus, more than conquerors we stand in the gap for others, we bear and lift burdens, destroy yokes, set the captives free, give sight to the blind, make the lame walk and the very dead rise to life.

Father, we dance in the anointing of the latter days rain, we glory in the power of the Holy Spirit as it moves in us, over us, around us, through us and under us, touching and anointing with the liberation of the Kingdom of God. Father, we thank you that the Word of God is potently manifest in us, a germ that is contagious with everlasting life, eternal salvation, deliverance, restoration, renewal and redemption.

Father, we glory that our names are written in the Lambs Book of Life, the devil and his demons tremble in our presence as we set the armies of evil in flight. Father, with our focus on the heavens we are aware of our duty, our task, our work is to gather Your chosen from the ends of the earth, then to rise and fly, to meet You in the air, how good is that?

Father, we thank You that our Gospel is filled with power, Your Word goes forth and does not return void, for He does the thing!  Father we Your children in our best hour become, Living Word, Living Prayer, Living Praise and as an example to all the heavens and earth, Living Worship, Hallelujah!

Father, as we present our prayers before Your throne of authority, we pray your blessings on us this day, in the name of Jesus and by the power of His blood, amen.
