A Prayer of the Day

Father God, Holy God, Supreme Sovereign Creator, God of a Million Miracles, Mighty Wonders issue forth from Your lips, Your eyes, a consuming fire, see through all, forever. Father, Thou are God, the Mighty One of Israel, The Great I AM, Yehovah, Elohim, Adonai, LORD of ALL, in ALL.

Father, we bow before You ever and once again, requesting the forgiveness of all of our many sins, all of our many transgressions, the very evil intents of our self wills. Father, in sorrowful remorse, our penitent hearts pained, we receive once again from Your endless grace and faithful forgiveness the limitless tender mercies of Your so great love.

Father, washed in the blood of Jesus we rise in joyous expectations, renewed hope and fresh anointing. Father, we try to imagine what great joy there must have been in the precious Son of God, as He rose from the pits of hell, the throes of the valley of death, to know that he had stayed the course, been obedient, endured suffering, accomplished His mission, and vanquished Sin and Death, and was rising in Victory!!!

Father, Oh Hallelujah! What Great Joy! He arose, and rose with all Power and He rose with Salvation, Healing, Deliverance, Up from the Grave He Arose, and He rose and kept rising as we too shall rise, all the Way to Heaven!

Father, we rise devoted to the Great Commission of making disciples, obedient to the Great Commandments of LOVE, willing and empowered with the Mighty HOLY SPIRIT, Born again, Born from Above, the very Righteousness of God. We are Your Children, Father, ready, able and willing to Lift Up Jesus, unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, instant in season and out to offer to an oppressed and sin sick world the salvation or Your very righteous Kingdom.

Father, we pray obedience to Your Will, Your Way, to be led by the Spirit, guided by Your Word, devoted to You, that we might be a blessing to You and thus a blessing to all we encounter. Father we wait only on You, we abandon all of ourselves only to You, a Holy People consecrated, sanctified, and ordained.  Thank you Father, Your unction is upon us and we are ready.

Father, bless our prayers this day as we present them before Your throne of mercy, grace and peace, in the name of Jesus and by the power of His blood, amen.
