The Prayer of the Day Audio Version
Father God, Holy God, Supreme Sovereign LORD God, Creator, YAHWEH! Father, Thou are God there is none other! In You all fullness resides. Father, we are ever Thankful for Your so great blessings upon us, daily You provide for all of our needs, daily we receive from the eternal bounty, daily is our house stored from Your everlasting and limitless Providence. Our worship is so based upon our great Joy of Thanksgiving, for we are the blessed of the Lord, unashamed to say so.
Father, from the tender mercies of Your provision of our temporal needs to the massive Love in the provision of our eternal and everlasting Salvation, we are the children of the Abundant Life, and Father we just want to say, Thank You, Father, Thank You!
Father we humbly bow before You, beseeching Your Holy, Heavenly, Grace, as we once more and again, beg Your forgiveness of all of our sins, penitent and remorseful, turning from our will, unto Your will that we may no longer dwell in disobedience, willfulness, stubbornness and shame.
Father, we accept Your Faithful forgiveness and retire to the pools of the fountains of the Blood of the Lamb, there to be washed in the submersion, dipping, and covering of the Blood Sacrifice of Jesus, that precious Blood that never loses it’s power to cleanse, and make pure, bringing us forever and again into a state of Holiness, Righteousness and Innocence. Father, we don’t ask how or why the Blood works, or what is its chemical or molecular makeup that makes it work, we just know that it is Blood type God, poured out in Love for sinners like us, and that it ultimately just works to the destroying of yokes, the breaking of bondage, and the setting of the oppressed and captives free. Thus in jubilation we shout Hallelujah, Praise the Lord, for His Mercy endures forever!
Father, guide us into Holy Communion with You, teaching us at Your feet that residing in You is the source of all power, that if we have a need for speed, it shall be found in the quiet sitting still and spending time with You, if we have a need for supernatural power, teach us of it, as we relinquish all of our own and become weak in You. Teach us Lord to decrease in self, to increase in The Holy Spirit, lead us by the hand Lord, that we might learn of You and thus walk in, live in, abide in YOU! Father dispel the noise of our own lives and bring us to peace and quiet that we may be empowered, energized and equipped to do exploits and accomplish great deeds for the Kingdom of God.
Father, increase Your peace in us that we may be implements, tools, very weapons of Your great Love for mankind, that we may come against the powers of darkness in the anointing and unction of the Holy One, empowered to destroy the works of the devil, tear his kingdom down and bring light, life and love to all the world.
Father, bless all the prayers of the Saints, and especially the prayers of intercession, as we present them before Your throne of mercy, grace, and peace, in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus and by the power of His blood, amen.
